D Type - 24 Diagonal Panel Envelope Design
The D Type is a 24 gore diagonal design capable of several styles to make the perfect balloon design of your dreams. The 24 gores gives the Envelope a smooth shape and allows for more complex patterns. The diagonal panels are cut at 45 degrees compared to the traditional horizontal and vertical designs. Artwork is allowed on the envelopes to make the balloons extra special.
The Diagonal design traditionally has only been around in the US Ballooning circles but thanks to Kubicek we are now seeing more Diagonal type designs appearing in Europe and Asia. You can also benefit from the lower weight in the design of the balloon as typical diagonal designs are slightly lighter compared to the Z type.
As with all Kubicek Balloons if you have an existing Basket Bottom end the team will customise the bottom of the balloon to suit your existing bottom end.
